How to Submit Your Story
To ensure your story is received in the preferred format, please follow these steps:
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
Prepare Your Story
On your computer, open a word-processing program such as Microsoft Word.
Please don’t include photos in the document.
If you would rather simply type your story in an email, you can do that too.
Type up your story (limit: up to 5 pages per household).
Save the file to your computer.
Gather Your Photos
Collect any photos you wish to include. These may come from your computer, digital camera, or online sources.
If they are printed photos, you can scan them or take a photo with a smartphone of them. (Please no glare or blur)
Please use the largest file size available — do not shrink or compress the images.
Send Your Submission
Compose an email to BeyondTheBridge2@gmail.com.
Attach your saved Word document. (No photos in the actual document please)
Attach as many photos as you would like to share.
Note: We will follow up with any additional steps if needed.

Editing Permissions
Editing will begin in the spring. At that time, we ask for your permission to make light edits to your story (for spelling, punctuation, length, etc.).
